


Within the Global Business Development department, the intern will have the opportunity to build his/her skincare category knowledge and international business acumen, closely working with the global, regional and local affiliate teams. The following is a non-exhaustive list of responsibilities: International Business: Manage global distribution database and coordinate new distribution opening with the regional and local teams. Support commercial relationship & order management with key account in APAC to ensure commercial excellence and target achievement. Consumer Engagement Marketing: Coordinate global trade marketing operational planning in partnership with all regions including launch timing, distribution, sampling, offline and online events and media activity. Support the go-to-market needs partnering with markets and Global Marketing. Business Intelligence & Reporting: Analyze the monthly performance of the brand with a specific focus on local high traffic moments and new launches Monitor key consumer KPIs (Business performance, recruitment, retention, repeat rate; plus, hero product launch strategy) that are set and continually optimized across the year.
