We are seeking a Guest Relations Trainee for an immersive experience of at least five months. The start date would be in June 2026. As a Guest Relations Trainee, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our guests' overall experience. Here's what you'll be doing: * Proactively engaging with guests, anticipating their needs, and resolving any issues with efficiency and courtesy. * Occasionally assisting with check-in and check-out procedures, providing personalized assistance to each guest. * Fostering meaningful conversations with our guests, forging lasting connections, and contributing to a warm and welcoming atmosphere. * Supporting the reception team, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the hotel's operations.
