Within RBI’s Retail Customer Engagement (RCE) Tribe, we build and operate a group-wide data and AI platform that enables our Network Banks across Central & Eastern Europe to better understand and engage their customers. Our centrally hosted, cloud-based services power real-time personalization, advanced analytics and next best action use cases. By strengthening our Platform Team, we are scaling the technical backbone for data-driven customer interaction across the entire RBI Group. To further strengthen our Platform Team, we are currently looking for a working student to support us in the area of test automation engineering. In this role, you will help us improve the quality and reliability of our platform by supporting automated testing activities across our services.
