Job Description

As a Marketing Executive Apprentice, you join the Marketing Operations Team who work closely with each other to deliver the Marketing strategy to our customers, financial advisers and their clients. You will be working across the Marketing centres of excellence supporting Strategy, insights, Digital experience and Operations developing a wide set of skills to help understand how Marketing supports and drives M&G’s proposition. In the role you’ll work closely with key stakeholders and agencies to understand the fundamental of Marketing and how we deliver for our customers and advisers

Requirements

Prior Marketing experience gained in financial services marketing is preferred but not essential
You must demonstrate the ability to adapt, learn quickly and pick up new skills
Demonstrate a good understanding of digital channels
Good interpersonal skills
Good investment and pension knowledge across funds and products would be helpful, but not essential
Excellent project management skills, specifically the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
Available to start the apprenticeship programme in September 2026
You must not be enrolled into another further education programme at the beginning of the programme
Be a UK citizen or have proof of your right to work in the UK
Living in Scotland
Pass in Five National 5s including English
Minimum of Grade C in Two Highers or equivalent
