Job Description

Starting period : September 2026 The Product Coordination Officer benefits from a large autonomy and a good knowledge of third-party providers and of the Group in carrying out its missions. The trainee will contribute in: * Support the coordination and implementation of funds events (Launch, Liquidation, Merger, Reshape…) * Support to organize meeting with the different stakeholders of the project * Project management * Identification & tracking of risks and issues, proposing mitigations on all projects * Advise Portfolio Management, Marketing and product specialists teams on the technical and operational feasibility of the projects * Responsible for the update of the product database * Sending the technical information needed to carry out the operations (Fund features, cash and securities accounts, ISIN codes) * Support in any other task that will be allocated to him/her

Requirements

An internship agreement provided by the school or the university is mandatory.
Enrolled in a Business School / University with a specialization in Market Finance / Asset Management
Basic knowledge of the functioning of investment funds
Good knowledge of Excel functions & self-intuitive in the use of the Internet and new technologies
Interpersonal skills, ability to put things into perspective, anticipation, pragmatism, autonomy
Rigor and team spirit
Fluent in English and ideally in French
