Systematic follow-up of audit actions: Structured recording of corrective, preventive, and improvement actions; Regular updates on action status in management tools (Action Plans, trackers, QMS software – AGIR). Timely closure of actions with evidence of effectiveness: Ensure compliance with defined deadlines; Validate the effectiveness of implemented actions based on objective criteria (e.g., absence of recurrence, improvement of indicators). Effective interaction with multidisciplinary teams: Clear and proactive communication with action owners; Support in clarifying regulatory requirements and defining appropriate actions. Improved traceability and transparency in the audit process: Organize supporting documentation for audits and actions; Contribute to progress reports and monitoring dashboards. Development of competencies in automotive standards: Practical application of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, TISAX, and Core Tools requirements; Participation in training sessions or review of internal standards and procedures.
