Do you want to work on impactful projects, shape the future, and drive change from within? As an intern, you will contribute to the development of an AI-powered diagnostic engine designed to automate root-cause analysis in complex microservice environments. The project focuses on replacing repetitive manual log analysis with an intelligent system that can ingest, normalize, and analyze logs across the Px13 product line to identify failing components and accelerate bug assignment. Within your first 3 months, you are expected to help deliver a log parsing prototype, an automated root-cause analysis model, a proof-of-concept bug drafting integration, a plug-in architecture design, and an evaluation report comparing manual and AI-assisted diagnosis. Your work will help reduce mean time from crash to bug assignment, improve the engineering work environment by removing error-prone manual effort, and create a reusable architecture that can scale across Roche product lines. This internship offers a purpose-driven opportunity to apply AI and software engineering to bring diagnostic products to labs and patients faster.
