Support the implementation and enhancement of digital tools to enable the efficient onboarding of new renewable energy sites Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain and optimize the performance of IT/OT tools and processes Create, update, and enhance documentation to support project workflows, onboarding processes, and knowledge sharing Manage incoming tickets, route them to the appropriate teams, and assist in troubleshooting to ensure quick and effective resolution of issues Assist in project management activities, including planning, organization, and progress tracking, to support the successful delivery of IT/OT initiatives
