Job Description

Support the implementation and enhancement of digital tools to enable the efficient onboarding of new renewable energy sites Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain and optimize the performance of IT/OT tools and processes Create, update, and enhance documentation to support project workflows, onboarding processes, and knowledge sharing Manage incoming tickets, route them to the appropriate teams, and assist in troubleshooting to ensure quick and effective resolution of issues Assist in project management activities, including planning, organization, and progress tracking, to support the successful delivery of IT/OT initiatives

Requirements

Ongoing studies in the field of Information Technology, Business Information Systems or comparable (with at least twelve more months until you graduate)
First experience in software development, ideally with knowledge of Python or C#
First experience in project management and stakeholder management
A passion for innovation and improving developer tools and processes
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in an international environment
Confident in speaking and writing in English
