Job Description

Support Customer Facing & Order Management Representatives in Spain and Portugal with daily order management and customer requests Provide specific support on CRM activities, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates Work with our network of service specialists to identify opportunities to optimize order‑to‑billing processes Investigate customer queries that cannot be resolved during the first call, ensuring proper follow‑up and resolution Interact with service specialists when customer issues require deeper technical knowledge or further investigation

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree, preferably in Business or Logistics
  • Spanish and English knowledge are essential, Portuguese will be a plus
  • Usage of MS Office, good level in Excel
  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) as a plus
  • Team Collaboration and good communication skills
  • Ability to work in multi-functional projects
  • Organized and able to manage deadlines and multitask daily activities
