If you are passionate about HR and currently enrolled in a university or master’s program in Human Resources, Psychology, Economics, Law or another relevant field, this opportunity is for you! You will support daily activities in either Training or Recruiting, including: Recruiting: post and monitor job openings on various platforms screen CVs in line with the required profiles, conduct phone/online interviews, assessment and update the relevant documents update and maintain the applicant database manage the employee accounts on Marriott platform (mHUB) participate in training activities Training: support in organizing and scheduling onboarding training sessions for new hires assist in updating training materials and presentations monitor attendance and maintain records of training activities in the HR systems support in the management of funded training programs participate in employee development activities
