Job Description

Join our team! Job Title: Transport Department Intern (F/M/D) Work location: ul. Kablowa 1, Szczecin, Poland Key Responsibilities * Support transportation data analysis by collecting data, preparing basic summaries, and assisting in identifying potential process gaps. * Assist in coordinating customs‑related shipments, including preparing documentation and learning about export/import clearance procedures in cooperation with customs agencies. * Prepare simple reports and presentations for management under supervision, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, * Help manage customer inquiries and shipment‑related claims by gathering information, updating systems, and supporting timely resolution. * Participate in operational review meetings with internal teams and external partners, preparing meeting notes and follow‑up actions. * Support standardization initiatives by documenting processes, updating guidelines, and assisting in implementing company procedures. * Supporting the team in various improvement initiatives and internal local and regional projects. * Provide ad‑hoc support for transport coordination during peak workload or urgent shipments.

Requirements

  • Student or recent graduate in logistics, transportation, or related fields (initial experience in a manufacturing, logistics, or forwarding company is a plus).
  • Basic understanding of the transportation services market and willingness to develop knowledge of the industry (SEA, AIR, ROAD).
  • Good interpersonal skills and willingness to develop analytical competencies.
  • Basic knowledge of customs regulations or dangerous goods topics (nice to have, not required — full training will be provided).
  • English proficiency at B1/B2 level, enabling reading documentation and simple communication.
  • Good command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with tools such as SAP, SharePoint, MS Teams, MS Visio, is an advantage — not required, onboarding provided.
