Tradewind Recruitment is currently seeking enthusiastic LSA's to join vibrant and supportive primary schools across Rainhill & surrounding areas who have a strong background working with SEN students.

Requirements

Assist individual pupils or small groups to understand and complete learning activities.
Provide tailored support to pupils with special educational needs (SEN) or disabilities.
Help pupils develop social skills, independence, and confidence.
Encourage positive behaviour and help manage challenging behaviour following school policies.

Help prepare classroom materials and resources.
Assist with the assessment and recording of pupils' progress.
Provide feedback to the teacher on pupils' achievements or difficulties.
Help manage classroom routines and maintain a positive learning environment.
