What you will do: Business & Talent Insights * Assist in analyzing workforce data (performance, potential, retention risk, engagement) to derive actionable insights * Contribute to the preparation of HR dashboards, executive summaries, and presentations to stakeholders Future Ready & Organizational Development * Conduct research on future of work trends (AI enablement, skills evolution, talent density, agile organizations) * Support initiatives related to leadership capability building and culture transformation * Help document and refine development journeys, stretch assignments, and capability frameworks HRBP Partnership * Attend and support team meetings; summarize discussions and track action plans * Collaborate cross-functionally with HR Centers of Excellence and business stakeholders * Contribute ideas to improve processes, employee experience, and organizational effectiveness Operational Excellence * Prepare reports, documentation, and presentation materials for leadership discussions * Manage multiple priorities with structured time management * Support administrative and coordination tasks with a continuous improvement mindset
