Welcome to RIMOWA, the first German House of the LVMH Group. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Retail Training team for a 6-month internship. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience supporting the creation and delivery of impactful training programs within a dynamic retail environment. Job responsibilities: * Assist in the development of training materials, manuals, and e-learning modules * Coordinate scheduling and logistics for training sessions, workshops, and seminars * Support trainers with data export, follow-up communications, and Q&A management * Collect and organize feedback from training sessions to support continuous improvement * Maintain accurate training records and assist in preparing reports for management review * Perform various administrative tasks to support the Training & Development team * Conduct marketing intelligence and competitor reviews
