You will monitor compensation models and incentive plans, ensuring proper implementation and alignment with company objectives , with a particular focus on the P&L to identify business development and cost optimization opportunities. You will monitor and analyse retail partner performance through key KPIs, identifying areas for optimization and growth. You will collaborate with the Marketing, CVM, Product, and Analytics teams to optimize digital campaigns, landing pages, and partner specific initiatives.
