Job Description

To provide support within the Contracts Management team by assisting with the coordination, administration, and delivery of construction projects. This is an entry-level role designed for a school/college leaver or early-career individual with a genuine interest in construction management, offering a clear pathway into a Contracts Manager role.

Requirements

  • Enthusiasm to build a career in construction management.
  • Confidence and ability to communicate with people at all levels – from site operatives to clients.
  • Educated to A Level standard (or equivalent) as a minimum
  • Basic IT skills (Microsoft Office).
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly.
  • Full UK driving licence (or very close to obtaining).
