




The apprentice supports the Global Campaign & Activation team in planning, coordinating, and deploying integrated 360° marketing campaigns. The role helps ensure campaign excellence across all touchpoints (in-store, digital, PR, influence, CRM, events, paid media) while gaining hands‑on experience in cross‑functional marketing operations. 1. Campaign Strategy & Activation Support * Assist in the creation of 360° activation toolboxes by gathering inputs, organizing assets, and preparing documentation. * Support touchpoint planning by researching best practices, competitor activities, and consumer trends. * Contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions and help prepare presentation materials for cross-functional squads. * Help track KPIs and consolidate performance indicators for each touchpoint. 2. Campaign Planning & Execution * Support the development of detailed rollout calendars and launch timelines. * Coordinate asset delivery: collect briefs, follow up with stakeholders, and ensure files are stored and shared correctly. * Assist with the coordination of global activations such as contests, influencer initiatives, events, or PR moments. * Collaborate with external agencies by preparing briefs, collecting feedback, and ensuring smooth communication. 3. Campaign Deployment & Market Coordination * Help prepare campaign guidelines and deployment kits for regions and local markets. * Track campaign implementation & results post campaign launch. * Support global-to-local alignment by gathering feedback from markets and consolidating needs. * Assist with the preparation of presentations for campaign gates, performance reviews, and internal alignment meetings.
