We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2026 Off-cycle Internship Program within our Personal & Corporate Chief Operations Office business in Switzerland. You’ll get to: • collaborate closely with our Sales Excellence Lead to bring our sales capabilities, tools, and processes to the next level – helping drive sales across both offline and online channels • analyse sales data and turn insights into high‑impact presentations for senior leaders; gain hands‑on experience in developing ideas that can grow into future commercial or strategic initiatives • champion the voice of the customer by identifying opportunities across channels, supporting improvements, and helping deliver solutions that get used at scale across UBS Switzerland

Requirements

completed at least 4 semesters of a bachelor's degree
graduated no longer than six months ago (bachelor's or master's degree)
a competitive minimum GPA of 4.5 according to the Swiss grading system
