You’ll get to: • collaborate closely with our Sales Excellence Lead to bring our sales capabilities, tools, and processes to the next level – helping drive sales across both offline and online channels • analyse sales data and turn insights into high‑impact presentations for senior leaders; gain hands‑on experience in developing ideas that can grow into future commercial or strategic initiatives • champion the voice of the customer by identifying opportunities across channels, supporting improvements, and helping deliver solutions that get used at scale across UBS Switzerland
