Job Description

Bobbi Brown is looking for a Marketing Intern – Color & Collection to join the EUEM (Europe & Emerging Markets) regional Marketing team. The intern will support both strategic and operational marketing activities across the Color & Collection categories, contributing to product launches, campaigns, and performance analysis across European and emerging markets. This role offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a premium beauty brand within a fast-paced, international environment. Key Responsibilities : Support the development and execution of EUEM marketing plans Assist in the creation and coordination of launch toolkits (presentations, communication assets, training materials) Analyze product and campaign performance (sell-in, sell-out, marketing KPIs) Monitor market trends, competitors, and consumer insights Lead regional set creation Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Global, Visual Merchandising, Education, CRM, online) and the different markets around the region Support the preparation of presentations, reports, and meetings Assist in managing day-to-day requests from EUEM local markets

Requirements

Student or recent graduate in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related fields
Strong interest in the beauty industry, with a passion for makeup and skincare
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
Proactive, curious, and eager to learn
