Job Description

As Founders Associate Intern, you'll work directly with our Chief of Staff and CEO on the projects that shape voize's future. Your core focus: helping us evaluate and enter new markets — both new geographies (UK, US, France, Spain, Italy, Nordics…) and new verticals (hospitals, disability care). You'll research markets, build business cases, prepare strategic decisions, and get your hands dirty across whatever cross-functional challenge comes next. This isn't a "fetch coffee" internship — you'll sit at the table where decisions are made.

Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree at a leading university
in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
Sharp analytical mind
You're comfortable with data, can structure ambiguous problems, and know how to build a compelling argument
Self-starter with high energy
You don't wait to be told what to do — you see what needs to happen and make it happen
Excellent English skills (written and spoken)
German is a strong plus
Previous startup experience (internship, founding, working student) or exposure to healthcare/SaaS is highly desired
