After your onboarding with different functions of the business, you receive constant guidance by a mentor throughout the program. The focus areas of your work are expected to be the following: * E2E Supply Chain Planning: You are receiving great insights in managing one of our brands as E2E Supply Planner. You will experience close relationships with different stakeholders. E.g. Manufacturing sites, Global Brand Leads. * CMO Planning: Get an oversight and support supply planning activities with external manufacturing partners (contract manufacturing). * Product Portfolio Management: Expect to receive know-how on different life-cycle stages of our product portfolio. This could include New Product Introduction, Product Change Management, Supply Business Development and Portfolio Optimization and Deletion. * Analytics & Projects: You create ad-hoc Supply Chain analysis and reports for all departments and develop proposals for continuous improvement.
