As an apprentice you will aid shape the communities of tomorrow, embrace change and achieve excellence. We have Apprenticeship opportunities in; Civil Engineering: Study the principles of designing, constructing, and maintaining roads, bridges, sports stadiums, high rises, airports, and other infrastructure. Engineering Design Technician: Provide services to help clients transition to a net-zero future. Including developing strategies for energy efficiency. Implementing technologies like carbon capture and storage (CCS) for industries. The Apprenticeship Programme You will start your Advanced Apprenticeship in September 2026, attending a local College for either one day per week or block placement, and working towards achieving a Level 3 Advanced Apprenticeship and EngTech equivalent in England (equivalent to 2 A Levels) in your chosen subject. You will also have the opportunity to become registered with a relevant professional institution. The apprenticeship supports career growth through blended learning. It offers business and role-specific training, networking, mentoring, and practical experience. It includes an induction, training days, online content, on-the-job learning, and on-demand resources. Together with the dedicated Early Careers team, support from your team and assigned buddy, we will work closely with you over the course of your apprenticeship to support and plan a development pathway that suits you. Typically, the Advanced Apprenticeship takes between 2-3 years to complete (including End Point Assessment in England). We also have a unique Professional Growth Network (PGN), which is a networking group run by early career professionals for ECP’s. It helps to grow your network of contacts across the business as well as providing you with opportunities for extra experience and to support you in achieving chartered status or other professional accreditations. What we will be looking for you to demonstrate… * Achieved or predicted 5 GCSE’s Grade C/Level 5 or above (or equivalent) including English, Maths and Science. How long does the process take? Interview Day/Interview: After passing the online assessment, if we have suitable apprenticeship, you may be shortlisted for an interview day or interview.
