As a Founders Associate Intern, you work across whatever the company needs most — commercial traction, strategic analysis, customer research, or special projects. You operate with high autonomy and are expected to bring structure to ambiguity. You work closely with the commercial team, CEO, and technical teams to help turn technology progress into real market traction. This role is ideal if you want to understand how deep-tech climate companies sell, position themselves, and navigate regulation-driven markets. You should be able to work with us for at least 6 months.
