Job Description

As part of our Product Management team, we are looking for a 5-member elite unit of tech talents to make our unit "AI-ready." You are not here to make coffee; you will act as an internal consultant and developer in one, helping us "hack" the way we work.

Requirements

You are currently enrolled in a degree program in Computer Science (at least 4th semester) or a related Master's program.
Strong technical brain with proficiency in Python and experience working with APIs (e.g., OpenAI, LangChain).
Practical knowledge of Vector Databases and experience building AI agents is a significant plus.
Experience in "vibe-coding" and a strong desire to experiment and explore new technologies.
Excellent communication skills to explain complex technical topics to non-technical stakeholders, such as Marketing.
Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus.
