Job Description

We are looking for an accounting specialist who will be responsible for the preparation and management of the administrative/tax issues and accountancy of the groups of the companies under management. Main Responsibilities: * Issued and received invoices registration. * Preparation and submission of the applicable taxes. * Banks movements registration (payments, receivables, tax liquidations, loans repayments…). * Controlling of the deadlines of loans repayments. * Banks reconciliations. * Accruing of the projects´ incomes. * Accruing of the main expenses: Insurance, land lease, depreciation, O&M…). * Documentation management (physical and digital archive). * Preparation and deposit of Annual Accounts and official books. * Elaboration of several questionnaires received from INE (Instituto Nacional de Estadística).
