As a Technical Support Intern , you will embark on a dynamic learning journey with Philips IT Health Imaging products, contributing to international project delivery for the EMEA region. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around supporting the end-to-end delivery of monitoring/alerting solutions for Radiology Informatics and related infrastructure elements. Your responsibilities: * Collaborate with the Technical Services Team in the project delivery setting, assisting in installations and upgrades of Radiology Informatics solutions. * Perform technical installations of radiology software, ensuring application readiness, completing installations, and handling technical configurations. * Support end-to-end delivery of monitoring/alerting solutions for PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication System), RIS (Radiology Information System), VNA (Vendor Neutral Archiving), * Troubleshoot system failures, document solutions, and ensure efficient service delivery. * Classify, prioritize, and resolve issues to maintain solution uptime and data safety. * Customize monitoring tools, produce technical reports, and support the Monitoring Platform roadmap.
