Job Description

The SAP Internship Experience Program is SAP’s global, strategic, paid internship program that provides university students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers. Position title: SAP iXp Intern – Cloud Application Developer Location: Sofia, Bulgaria Expected start date to end date: March/April 2026 You will: * Be part of the engineering team that builds the Reference Data Repository – an SAP-internal web app to centrally maintain and consume the company’s reference data. * Support frontend development (Vue.js), and use our technologies/platforms SAP BTP, SAP BDC and SAP HANA Cloud * Support tracking and analysis of engineering performance metrics (e.g., DORA metrics) * Assist our Scrum teams and participate in Agile Release Train (ART) events * Help our team by supporting small team projects and tasks

Requirements

Enrolled in bachelor's or master's program in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related
Strong programming skills in JavaScript, experience with Vue.js is a plus
Experience with consuming RESTful APIs, experience with OData V4 is a plus
Curiosity about agile software engineering, experience with Scrum, SAFe and/or Jira is a plus
Good communication skills and proactive working style
Fluent in verbal and written English, German is a plus
