Job Description

Are you curious to build experience in a global organisation and work to help children thrive and learn through play? We need employees who value collaboration, quality and fun in their everyday life! We are seeking a student worker to join our German Social Responsibility team in our Munich office. This position is offered for an initial duration of six months, with the possibility of extension, and is available for immediate start. When you apply, please send us, in English, your CV along with a brief cover letter explaining why you're interested in this role and why you think you'd be a great fit. Also, let us know your availability, including your start date and how long you can commit, considering your study duration. Core responsibilities of the Social Responsibility Student Worker: * Program Support: Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives and events, with a strong focus on playful learning, as well as supporting employee volunteer programs and community engagement activities. * Communications and Reporting: Help to draft content for internal and external CSR communications. Continuously track and report on the impact of social responsibility programs. * Data Collection and Management: Collect, manage, and analyze data related to CSR programs and sustainability metrics, ensuring accurate and timely reporting. * Stakeholder Engagement: Support coordination with nonprofit partners, community groups, and other stakeholders, and assist in addressing inquiries related to CSR efforts. * Event Planning and Facilitation: Support the planning and execution of both employee-focused and child-centered events, contributing to the creation of engaging and inclusive playful learning experiences aligned with CSR objectives. * Administrative and Logistical Tasks: Provide general administrative support to the CSR team, contribute to the quarterly product donation process, and help prepare presentations, meeting agendas, and summary reports.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
  • A proven team player with an open-minded and collaborative attitude, knowing that the best results are achieved together.
  • A hands-on, proactive and solution-oriented mindset, combined with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and reliably.
  • High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and a structured, careful way of working.
  • Fast learner with flexibility, curiosity, and initiative, eager to grow in the field of CSR and community engagement.
