Job Description

You will help us shape Emma's marketing strategy globally in order to establish Emma as the leading sleep brand. You will be responsible for managing internal and external stakeholders. You will assist the Performance Marketing team on global data analysis and ideate best practices. You will help the team build a data-driven performance marketing playbook to scale your channel(s) globally. You will coordinate with country experts on the implementation of Performance Marketing recommendations. You will initiate AB tests in different countries to maximize revenue and generate learnings.
