Job Description

The Legal Apprentice will support the Legal Department of LCH SA in delivering high-quality legal services across all aspects of the company’s day-to-day activities. Working under the supervision of Legal Counsel, the apprentice will contribute to ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies within a highly regulated financial market infrastructure.

Requirements

M2 student currently enrolled in a master's degree in French commercial/business/financial & banking law (droit français)
curious, motivated, and interested in contributing to the ongoing development of a growing and complex business
demonstrable interest in financial markets and the banking sector, developed through your studies, work experience or extracurricular activities, with a particular curiosity about financial risk and how markets operate
fluent in French and English, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in both written and verbal contexts
strong analytical, organisational and legal drafting skills, with the ability to work accurately and methodically
comfortable handling confidential information with discretion, integrity and professionalism
