About the mission we offer you: Under the responsibility of the Learning & Development manager, the apprentice will participate in the following tasks: Administrative management of training * Participating in the development and monitoring of the skills development plan * Organizing training activities, particularly for courses included in the T.EN University training program (registrations, invitations, logistics) * Contributing to updating monitoring tools and dashboards Monitoring and reporting * Monitoring training indicators (participation rates, budget, satisfaction, legal KPIs) * Collecting and analyzing immediate and delayed evaluations * Analyzing training data to identify trends and opportunities to optimize and improve the training offering in line with T.EN France's strategic directions * Helping update the training catalog in our training management tools Communication and support * Informing and advising employees on training programs in collaboration with other People & Culture functions involved in talent development * Supporting managers in identifying training needs * Participating in internal communication about the training offering via email, newsletters, the intranet, and the company's social network Cross-functional projects * Participating in People & Culture projects related to training (digitalization, e-learning, onboarding, development, etc.) Starting Date: September 2026 Duration: 12 months
