This is a n internship within the Process & Support Operations group at our company in the greater Lucerne area. This position requires full-time physical presence at the site to support manufacturing and to enable optimal integration into an existing team. As a member of the growing manufacturing team at our company, you will be responsible for supporting various activities related to the implementation and GMP manufacturing of early-phase clinical therapies. Your responsibilities * Supporting the local study team in operational management of multinational projects in Switzerland * Supporting administrative tasks * Data entry and maintenance of databases * Learn and follow GMP/EHS standards * Support upstream/downstream operations under supervision , assist with sampling * Assist with documentation and collecting info for deviations or changes * Help with continuous improvement tasks and non‑GMP test runs * Support material handling and gain exposure to SAP
