Job Description

As a Global Learning Intern, you will join Beiersdorf’s Learning Center of Excellence at a pivotal moment. Learning has been defined as a top strategic priority for Beiersdorf in 2026, and we are transforming how our people learn - culturally, structurally, and technologically. In this role, you will actively contribute to shaping the global learning ecosystem, support key strategic initiatives, and take ownership of your own work packages. You will help us create the conditions for a modern, impactful learning culture that supports 22,000+ employees worldwide. Your tasks will be: • Design, develop and support the rollout of learning solutions - including trainings, guidelines, toolkits, communication materials and enablement resources for employees, HR and leaders. • Collaborate with the global learning process design team, contributing ideas, analyses, and prototypes that enhance future process frameworks. • Conduct research, analyze data and support concept development related to global learning processes, the learning ecosystem, digital learning technologies and learning culture. • Manage internal digital learning platforms, including content updates, structure optimization, and user experience improvements (e.g. SharePoint). • Actively contribute as a fully integrated team member - bringing curiosity, creativity and energy to a collaborative and fun international team environment.

Requirements

  • Advanced studies in economics, psychology, communication sciences, HR, educational sciences, business administration, or a comparable field.
  • Fully enrolled for the duration of the internship (or undertaking a gap year).
  • Prior internship or work experience in relevant corporate environments (HR, L&D, consulting, communications, digital, or similar) are a pro.
  • Strong analytical skills, high intrinsic motivation and a growth mindset - ready to learn fast in a dynamic environment.
  • High degree of creativity and problem solving capability; ability to translate ideas into practical solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, including comfort working with stakeholders at senior levels; collaborative mindset, especially within Talent Management & Learning.
  • Very good command of English (verbal & written).
