This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about education and are looking for flexible work across a variety of primary and/or secondary settings. Whether you are an experienced Teaching Assistant or looking to gain further school-based experience, we would love to hear from you. The Role As a Supply Teaching Assistant, you will: * Support class teachers in delivering engaging lessons * Work with small groups and on a 1:1 basis to support pupils' learning * Assist students with additional needs, including SEND * Help to manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies * Provide general classroom support across different year groups * Adapt quickly to different school environments within the trust Assignments may be short-term, long-term, or day-to-day depending on your availability and preferences.
