Job Description

Execution of Process planning and analysis, and other lean process optimization techniques to continuously drive the improvement process; Definition and implementation of the automation of production processes; Create equipment specifications and support the procurement process Follow-up construction, pre-accept, transport, install, commission, acceptance and ramp-up of equipment’s, tools and processes; Develop/participate in manufacturing documentation, such as PFMEA, Control Plans, Tolling list, TPM definition, etc. Work in close partnership with R&D centers from different locations around the world; Be a member of a multidisciplinary project team that works together to ensure robust new product industrializatio

Requirements

Master’s degree in mechanical engineering/ Mechatronics
Knowledge of manufacturing processes (preferably assembly and electronic industry)
Knowledge of pneumatics and automation
Knowledge in lean manufacturing
Knowledge in mechanical design (preferably software CREO/Solidworks)
Knowledge of problem solving (8D, 5Why's, etc)
Knowledge in machine safety
