Come reimagine hospitality with us as our new super intern of our Vienna location! Your mission should you choose to accept it… As our Coworking Intern, you’ll be at the forefront of our coworking space, making sure that each member has the best possible TSH-experience. Whether you’re giving someone their first tour, welcoming them as a new coworking member or just having a chat to make their time here truly unforgettable ― You will be the center of it all!. You’ll know our space inside out, and you’ll always be ready to share what’s happening, recommend events, or introduce members to each other. Thanks to you, everyone who enters our coworking space will become a raving fan of TSH instantly! We are looking for someone to start on June 15th, 2026. In case you don’t know who we are: Known for being the rule breakers in hospitality, TSH is a fun, creative and inspiring environment where everyone can work, stay, learn and play and most importantly – be themselves. As an employer we look, act and think like a hotel, but instead we offer a lot more. Think student accommodation, long and short stay options, gyms, talks, events, rooftop bar and eat & drink escapes as well as community and coworking spaces. Located in The Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Italy, France and Spain with several new openings on the way, this hybrid hospitality concept may take root in the heart of Europe, but our plans are set for going global. What You’ll Do * You make sure everyone gets a warm welcome as soon as they walk in * You’ll give engaging tours of our space, showing potential coworkers what makes our community special. * You’ll host our famous Thursday drinks, bringing the coworking community together and creating new connections. * Curious about coffee? Learn the art of coffee making in our Grab & Stay cafe and help serve up delicious drinks with a smile. * You’ll coordinate our leads and transfer them into new memberships as well as keeping our records organized and up to date. * Tidy space, happy place—you’ll help keep shared areas and the kitchen clean and welcoming for everyone throughout the day. * You’ll support coworkers and potential members with anything they need around the space (you might even pick up some new tech skills while you're at it!). * Got a great idea?
