Job Description

The Talent Acquisition (TA) team is part of the Human Resources function and is responsible for attracting and hiring the best talent in the market for EFG Bank. We are looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Intern to join our team for a 6‑month internship in Lugano or Geneva. In this role, you will play a key part in enhancing the candidate experience, supporting Talent Acquisition in day‑to‑day activities, and contributing to reporting and process optimisation. You will also have the opportunity to support, and progressively manage, some junior recruitment mandates under guidance.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree (or currently enrolled in a Master’s program) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
  • Previous experience (internship, part time role or similar) in recruiting, HR or employer branding is a plus.
  • Experience in data management, reporting or working with HR/ATS systems is an advantage.
  • Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
  • Good command of Italian or French is considered a strong plus, depending on the location.
  • Interest in working with HR tools and platforms (e.g. Applicant Tracking Systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, career websites).
  • Good MS Office skills, especially in Excel and PowerPoint, with an interest in reporting and basic analytics.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in handling data and administrative tasks.
  • Strong interest in Talent Acquisition, the banking industry and investment management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural focus on service and candidate experience.
  • Organised, structured and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Proactive, curious and willing to take ownership of tasks and suggest improvements.
  • Team oriented, collaborative and comfortable working in an international and multicultural environment.
  • Alignment with EFG’s entrepreneurial culture: hands on, solutions oriented and open to learning.
