Job Description

As a CX Intern, you will support key projects within the Voice of the Customer programme, helping us measure and improve customer satisfaction and reputation. You will work closely with both central and local teams, data providers, and internal stakeholders, with a strong focus on project coordination, data quality, and insights generation. This internship is ideal for someone eager to learn how customer feedback drives business improvement and decision-making in a leading international company.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
