








Invoice & Supplier Management * Coordinating incoming invoices and ensuring timely approvals and payments * Handling supplier inquiries, administration of supplier data, and aligning with the Finance team Administrative Process Coordination * Coordinating recurring administrative processes and deadlines * Structuring, documenting, and continuously improving administrative workflows * Acting as the central point of contact for administrative matters for internal and external stakeholders Office & Site Management * Ensuring smooth day‑to‑day office operations at the Landshut site * Managing mail, parcels, and access systems, and coordinating office supply orders, small company events, and external service providers * Providing support in occupational health & safety–related matters
