As a Global Business Services Intern at IDEXX you will be at the heart of our Financial and order processing operations. You will be a part the European Finance Business Operations Team, responsible for all accurate, timely and compliant order entry, checks and processing for some 21 countries. In this role The Global Business Services Team at IDEXX is responsible for processing and managing all orders and service contracts within EMEA. This involves topics such as billing adjustments, product returns, rebates, discounts and special pricing on which you will have contact with several internal stakeholders. You will be working directly with IDEXX Sales professionals, the Marketing Department and Finance to ensure smooth and compliant order flows. Customer orders that come in through SAP or one of many mailboxes for capital products, standing orders, and service contracts are your responsibility. Our products are in such high demand, and the volume of orders coming in so big, that we require the successful candidate to excel in speed and accuracy. You are tech savvy, have an eye for detail, you can prioritize your workload and work well with a range of different stakeholders.
