



As a Sales Operations intern, your role will be simple: to make papernest grow using both simple and effective tools and processes. The Sales Ops position is highly cross-functional, at the intersection of the needs of multiple teams and countries (France, Spain, Italy...). It will not only allow you to enrich and greatly develop your technical skills (CRM, user experience, data analysis, code), but also to leverage your leadership and project management qualities. You will join a Sales Ops team of 9 people, at the heart of the company and papernest's strategic challenges from June for 6 months. Your responsibilities : * Assist the SalesOps Lead to -Manage simple configuration on no-code tools (Diabolocom, Salesforce Flow, Make, internal back office...) -Improve the current processes by developing automation with the help from Technical team * Help to analyze sales data and deploy action plan to achieve operational targets -Use existing dashboards and improve our data visualization -Deliver ad hoc analysis using Gsheet and SQL -Run A/B tests and iterate to find the best solution -Take actions to correct discrepancies and achieve objectives -Communicate results to key stakeholders * Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product & Tech, Training….) and external partners to -Resolve operational and technical incidents on a daily basis -Improve processes in an agile manner
