



As a working student in the global P&C Business Partner team for the Board Area People & Culture your main tasks will be to: * actively support the P&C Business Partner & PMO in their daily work, pursuing operational and strategic tasks (e. g. organizational changes) and in the execution of core HR processes (e. g. talent management processes, employee surveys) * pull and analyze HR reports to different KPIs (e. g. career level or regional distribution) * be actively involved in project work (e. g. reorganizations) * assist in the preparation and facilitation of workshops (e.g. workshops to improve employee engagement in a team) * research on various strategic HR topics (e.g. organizational set-up of an organization, change management, digital transformation of HR)
