As a Working Student (m/f/d) Business Analytics, you are an important interface between business stakeholders and our data & analytics team. You support the development and continuous improvement of our data-driven products and gain hands-on experience across the full lifecycle – from requirements gathering to implementation and operations. You will be part of a collaborative, agile environment, working closely with Product Owners, Data Engineers, and business teams. In this role, you contribute to building scalable data solutions that support better decision-making and drive the digital transformation of MB Energy. Your tasks in a nutshell: * Support Product Development: You assist in managing data & analytics products (e.g. Power BI reports, Azure-based data products) and help translate stakeholder needs into structured requirements and user stories. * Coordinate Stakeholders: You prepare meetings, support reviews and demos, and ensure smooth communication between business and technical teams. * Analyse & Process Data: You support data analysis and processing in Azure Databricks using PySpark and SQL under the guidance of experienced colleagues. * Maintain Reports & Dashboards: You help improve and maintain dashboards, track user feedback, and support testing and rollout of new report versions. * Support Workflows & Operations: You assist in backlog management, documentation, and monitoring of data workflows, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. * Learn & Contribute: You continuously build your knowledge in data analytics, product management, and agile ways of working while actively contributing to the team.
