




Reporting to the Head of Property Management Financial Department, the purpose of this role is to control essential management aspects of one or several property management projects. Management and Control of the budget, Opex and Capex, making provisions, monthly closing. Budgeting and Service Charge set up to ensure the integrity of the information reported, billed and managed with the customer. Posting of invoices in the system in a timely manner. Correctly classify the recoverable and non-recoverable expenses of the asset by carrying out the budget monitoring of each of the items of which the budget is composed. Weekly bank reconciliations, making sure that everything is accounted for correctly. Management of monthly payments. Collaborate and carry out administrative tasks, both at the level of operating systems and external management (in front of official bodies, city councils, banks, compliance) Support in the coordination of other departments to obtain the necessary information on financial management, reporting, correct application of procedures, as well as the coordination of the financial people assigned to the team/project. Audit support. Responsible for compliance with ISO and CBRE procedures.
