Join the SCS Software Asset Management (SAM) Transformation Management Office (TMO) and gain hands-on experience by actively supporting the transformation of how SAM works, collaborates, and delivers value at SAP. As a Working Student in the Transformation Management Office (TMO), you will support the team in shaping and driving SAM transformation initiatives across topics such as Change Management, Ways of Working, Collaboration Models, and Continuous Improvement. You will gain deep insights into transformation programs derived from the overall IT and SCS strategy and contribute directly to turning strategy into tangible outcomes. This role provides an excellent opportunity to experience the human and organizational side of transformation, from designing and facilitating workshops and retrospectives to analyzing processes and creating communication materials that support change across multiple units. You will work closely with experienced transformation leads and collaborate with diverse stakeholders in a large corporate IT organization. You will gain a comprehensive understanding of how strategy is translated into action, how transformation initiatives are orchestrated across teams, and how modern (agile) frameworks and tools support sustainable change at scale.
