







The Global Manufacturing team within Business Insights & Control supports all ASML factories worldwide with clear and reliable financial management information. Our team helps the organization understand factory performance and make informed decisions. As ASML evolves in a fast-changing environment, the need for timely insights and new technology grows rapidly. This internship plays an important role in helping us modernize our ways of working, including exploring solutions powered by artificial intelligence. You will support the team as we make our processes more efficient and future‑ready. Your assignment You will help drive the change portfolio of the Global Manufacturing team. You will identify opportunities to simplify processes, explore improvement options, and design solutions that increase the speed and quality of our information delivery. You will do this together with team members across the Finance organization. Your work may include process optimization or introducing new technologies that improve our daily operations. Your main responsibilities will be: * Identify improvement opportunities within existing financial processes. * Analyze current ways of working and propose clear, structured solutions. * Support the design and implementation of process improvements. * Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs and collect feedback. * Help introduce new tools and technologies into daily workflows. * Document process changes to ensure knowledge sharing. * Contribute to change initiatives using Lean, project management, and change management methods. This is a non‑thesis internship with a duration of minimum of 6 months, starting in early June 2026.
