


Kenvue EMEA Services Ltd is recruiting for a Finance Student Placement Tax Planning, located in the Reading Office, England. The Tax Planning group has responsibility for the design, deployment and management of Kenvue’s tax strategy. Our hardworking, diverse team of professionals are based in the US, Latin America, Europe and Asia. We are responsible for: Planning: being the tax organisation's face to the business, providing expert support, business model maintenance/evolution, managing intercompany flows and pricing, forecasting and monitoring the region effective tax rate; Risk management: monitoring principal substance, maintaining documentation, reserves, in-market activity and preparing for controversy; Controversy: support for tax audits and Advance Pricing Agreements; and Business Development (M&A) activity: integration and separation planning, structure and execution. The placement student will be embedded within the EMEA Tax Planning team and will collaborate with finance and business teams across the organization and regions at multiple levels. This is an outstanding opportunity to gain broad experience of our business models, strategy and activities across functional areas, and exposure to various finance teams and wider functional partners. The placement is for 12 months (starting June 2026) and is designed to help university students develop leadership, technical, and communication skills through practical business experience and ongoing training, development, coaching and mentorship. This is a full-time (37 hours per week) assignment. The intern will be assigned to the UK Finance department and will work with a range of projects for the duration of the term. We are looking for 2nd year students who are already enrolled in a course that allows them to undertake a 12 month industry placement. Key Responsibilities: The role will include: * Supporting the team with ad hoc projects; * Liaison with functional partners, including through attendance at and note taking at meetings; * Data-gathering across functions and data analysis (e.g. supporting tax audit work, gathering financial information and providing insights/analysis); * Mapping of inter-company relationships, functions and organisations; * Intercompany price-setting; * Supporting the tax payments process and working with our compliance co-source providers, Deloitte; * Assistance in the preparation of presentation, training and knowledge-sharing materials, standard procedures and documentary records; and * Management and engagement of external advisors.
