What You'll do You will take an active role in the following activities: * Support on operational implementation of Southern-Europe Project and Initiatives (e.g. keep roadmap and documentation of communities and meetings updated, translations, update excel files and analysis) * Support in effective sfdc.com release management: creation of training documentation in English and Italian (e.g. videos, “how tos”, Q&A files), and optimize communication flow and channels * Report bugs and tickets for sfdc.com improvements to global * 1st level support of the Hilti sales teams in case of issues with Salesforce / AI Tools * 2nd level support of local market contact persons in case of issues with global software solutions What You’ll Bring We’d love to hear from you if: You’re not just looking for an internship, but for a challenge that sparks your curiosity and pushes you to grow.
